individualised care plan, compassionate and empathetic staff.
The team on reception were very warm and welcoming. The waiting room was calm and quiet.
I was seen in a timely manner by the doctor, and given ample time to explain my situation and ask further questions.
I was then seen by the OT in the clinic, who was very supportive, reassuring and knowledgeable.
After the appointment, I promptly received links for the follow up sessions (workshops for managing fatigue, employment and brain fog). I also received the notes from the meeting with the OT, and very soon after, the letter went to my GP with recommendations from the clinic.

Very good
The structure of referral and process of treatment - the introductory course online was a good starting point and then I was incredibly grateful to receive outpatient treatment at the hospital, first of all with Bev and then CBT sessions with Laura. The professionalism, kind, caring and approachable nature of Bev and Laura was fundamental in the success of this treatment. I felt listened too and able to open up about the challenges I faced without judgement.
The process of CBT has been particularly beneficial for me and I now feel I have all the tools to continue tackling recovery at home. Thank you!
The friendly service
